I’m a wife, mom of two, and Texas based Certified Nurse Practitioner who believes we were never meant to just survive our lives. I love being outdoors, chasing the sun, and making memories with my family because that’s what health should give us back: energy, freedom, and presence in the moments that matter most.

Over my 15 years in healthcare, I’ve seen how often people are told they’re “fine” when they still don’t feel like themselves. That gap is what led me to functional and integrative medicine where we look deeper to find why your body feels off, not just how to mask it.

At Redefined Wellness Co, my focus is helping both men and women restore balance from the inside out. That means understanding the full picture of your gut, hormones, metabolism, and brain, and how they all work together. From hormone optimization (BHRT- Male & Female) and gut repair to medical weight loss, metabolic support, and cognitive wellness, my goal is to help you feel strong, focused, and confident again.
