In what state(s) do you see patients?
Currently, I can see 1:1 patients that reside in Colorado or Texas OR are in Texas or Colorado during their visit. All course packages are available to anyone in the USA, as they are self-paced programs with no 1:1 care.
How much do you charge?
Transparency is very important to me and providing excellent quality if care is a top priority as well. I value both yours and my time when it comes to your intake, planning, and managed care. My website is very transparent with fees and i feel providing my fee schedule is honest and fair:
Functional Medicine Initial New Patient Appointment (60-90 minutes): $500
Follow Up Appointment (30-90 minutes): $150-$400
- 30 minutes: $150
- 45 minutes: $ 235
- 60 Minutes: $ 320
- 90 minutes: $400
Men's BHRT: $149 intake, $1700 annual package with monthly plan available.
Labs & medications are an additional fee not listed. Labs and medications are NOT marked up and are billed as what the labs/pharmacy charges.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, Redefined Wellness Co does not participate with any insurance carriers. We do not submit medical claims on your behalf or assist you with claim resolution. All appointments are strictly on a self-pay, fee for service plan. We do accept hsa/fsa and some labs may be run through your insurance, but it is up to you and your insurance to ensure payment.
Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?
Redefined Wellness co does NOT participate with Medicare or Medicaid. We do not submit any information to Medicare or Medicaid for reimbursement.
Do you see children?
-At this time I see patients 10 and up.
How is functional medicine different from traditional medicine?
-Unlike traditional medicine, which typically focuses on symptom management through medications or surgeries, functional medicine aims to identify and address the root causes of health issues. By taking a holistic approach, it prioritizes long-term wellness and prevention rather than merely managing disease. Many of our patients find this proactive investment in their health both transformative and invaluable.
Can you prescribe medications?
Yes, as a board certified Nurse Practitioner I am licensed to do so when necessary. I believe functional medicine works well with western medicine.
When will I see results?
-The timeline for seeing results with functional medicine can vary based on the complexity of your health concerns, your adherence to the treatment plan, and other individual factors. While some patients may notice improvements in their symptoms sooner, achieving lasting wellness typically requires continued dedication and patience.
Will you be my Primary Care Provider?
No, Redefined Wellness Co is not a primary care provider. We do see patients with a variety of health conditions and medical needs, we are functional medicine specialist, and we do not provide acute care or emergency services. It is required that you have an established primary care provider before becoming our patient.
