Hi, I’m Khristy, a wife, mom of two, and Texas-based Nurse Practitioner who believes we were never meant to just survive our lives. I love being outdoors, chasing the sun, making memories with my family, and finding those little everyday moments that remind us what we’re really working toward: joy, energy, and freedom in our own skin.

But I also know firsthand how easily life pulls us in every direction while we try to take care of everyone else. Somewhere along the way, we fall to the bottom of our own list. I’ve lived that tug-of-war — the exhaustion, the imbalance, the “doing everything right” but still not feeling like yourself. And that’s what drove me to functional and integrative medicine to help others rewrite that story.

For over 14 years, I’ve worked across both city and rural healthcare settings, caring for people in every stage of life. What I saw, over and over again, was a gap. People weren’t getting the education, support, or connection they needed to actually heal. That realization became the foundation for Redefined Wellness Co.

My work starts with the gut because it impacts everything: hormones, metabolism, immunity, inflammation, even mood and skin. But real transformation happens when we go deeper by balancing hormones, supporting metabolic health, and reclaiming sexual wellness so you can feel confident, energized, and connected again.

Today, I help both men and women create personalized, root-cause plans that bring the body back into alignment. Whether that’s hormone optimization (TRT or BHRT), gut repair, or sustainable weight loss, every plan is designed to help you feel like yourself again, not another patient chasing prescriptions.

I also believe in collaboration. I work alongside your primary care provider to help transform disease management into true wellness, supporting better outcomes, fewer medications, and a life that feels vibrant again.
