Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy At Redefined Wellness Co., we strive to provide the best care and support for our clients. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our booking and cancellation policy: Deposit due at the time of booking Insurance is not accepted. However, we gladly accept cash, credit cards, and HSA / FSA payments. Your insurance may be eligible for lab work. Please check with your private insurance company for details. Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the refund. Initial Functional Medicine Visit deposit is NOT eligible for a refund after intake and previous medical records/lab work is submitted for review. Weight Loss Membership Program- charge occurs for 3 months, charge is debited on the same day of original payment. Each month must be paid prior to dispensing of next prescription. The practitioner reserves the right to cancel or refuse bookings at their sole discretion. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
